Just completed W4R3 week 5 is intimidating!

Post by Prkwy »

I completed W4 all days at a slower pace than Imwas running. It is a bit disappointing but I am still running 3 minutes & then 5 minutes non stop, I couldn't do that 4 weeks ago! I am a bit apprehensive about W5, especially R3 but if I have to I will drop my pace down to just a bit above a walk and finish it! Keep up the good work to everyone doing this program, and enjoy the run!

Slow your pace as necessary to finish strong! It doesn't matter how slow you're going, you want to make sure you have enough energy to get you through the ENTIRE run.
