I have loved this app, from the first week to the last! Looking back to my first run, I could not even do all 8 one minute runs without stopping for breath, and now, I regularly run 5K four, sometimes five times a week!
My times are not brilliant, I can run 5K in 31.30 to 35 minutes, depending on the route I take (hills!) and the weather conditions - I run better when it's cooler.
I intend to go on, and run 5 - 10K, taking it gradually, and my aim is to enter a 10K race next year.
So, for those of you still on your C25K journey, keep at it, enjoy it, reap the fitness benefits, and become RUNNERS!!!
