Completed W7R3! Wow, 3 runs of 25 min with no breaks and still alive to write and talk about it! I remember looking at the later weeks thinking Inwould never make, and now I am getting sad to see it coming to an end. But it isn't ending, it's just another chance to find new places and people to run with! I am happy that I am ale to maintain my normal pace throughout the run. Breathing is regulated and most important so far no injuries, so it can be done without shin splints or other problems. For me it was starting slow, and stretching after the run, when I was warmed up. Only a few times didI fall into the trap of trying to run faster because other runners were around or because I was too embarrassed because I was running slow. The truth is I run for myself, for my health and because I can genuinely saynI enjoy the run! I hope you do too!
