I also suffer from asthma. What I do to help me is take my inhaler about 5 minutes before I go for the run! And then it's like I don't even have asthma when I run. Try it out!

I know I'm late.. But relieved to see this post! I came to the board just now wondering if anyone else couldn't finish day one. I'm glad I'm not alone!
I'm 35 and had baby #3 four months ago.
Never been so out of shape (5'6 and 170 pounds) and I just couldn't do it.
I got through 3 runs and then gave up.
Today was rest day and tomorrow I'm at it again.
I will do day 1 until I nail it, it's my "Groundhog Day"!
I hope you had success after your rocky start.. Thanks for posting this!
