Seems like I am just one run ahead of you. I am traveling this week and realized I hate running in Houston more than Dallas. The run was harder than I thought, but my speed was up from my 20 minute run. Good luck tomorrow. I am doing run 2 tonight.

Week 6 day 1 seemed easy to me after finishing up week 5 day 3. 5 min, 8 min, 5 min.. please, i've already ran 20 minutes straight

The 20 min run is very clever actually isn't it because you don't think you will do it going into it - then you do and it is just the most amazing confidence boost and you know you can do the coming weeks.... very clever...if only i'd thought of it! lol
