Hi

Off to Biarritz in France for a couple of weeks, sort of hoping the weather is hot but I know I will struggle running in the heat, I thought the campsite we are going to had treadmills but found out they only have bikes and cross trainers. So looks like I will have to dig deep and run on the road but it is very hilly so I know it will beard, I am determined though, I have got this far so I am not going to give up now!
Nearly at at 5 km so want to increase my speed a bit then try to get up to 10km by Christmas ! That's the plan anyway.

Hope you do well in next couple of weeks and will let you know how I go on.

Hey Guys
I just discovered Runkeeper earlier this month and I love it. The social aspect of it has to be the best part of it. Feel free to add me.
