These posts are a terrific help. Just finished week 6 run 2 today and it went well if a little tough. Birgit I'm so pleased run 3 went well for you. Perhaps the longer runs will be easier now as we just get into the right pace and keep on moving. Stopping and starting is perhaps a bit confusing psychologically. I was shocked at being able to do the 20 min run. Just shows you what the first 5 weeks prepare you for. It's all stamina now isn't it?!
