Rick,

Sounds like you are in a great frame of mind! That is definitely necessary to do the program as well. Just like weight loss, you have to want to do it. No one can force you and if you get defeated, remember you *want* to do it!

I just did my W3R1 and I did complete it. I have to say it was difficult. I didn't enjoy running for 3 min straight! But, I finished and that is the important part. People have said that this is one of the biggest leaps in the program and it gets easier from here. I hope they are right!!!

Good luck to all!

I have just done my W1R3 - and amazingly, have been really looking forward to each run. I am treadmill running though, which I know is easier, but doing to avoid the dreaded shin splints which I suffer from outside. I am also doing lots of other activities so that, hopefully, as the runs increase, they are not so painful. Zumba'd today, and boxing on Thursday. Liking mixing it up.

I have 2 stone to lose, so that is one goal. And I am off on holiday just as I finish week 9 - need to keep motivated.

Good luck to you all out there. Glad to see there are many, like me, who are not natural runners but are giving it a go. Really glad to be part of it.
