FYI. This happened to me for my last run on week four just now. I should be starting wk five today but it doesn't recall my last run.
For the record, I have an iPhone 4 and the most recent version of the OS. I do not post statuses.

I should mention that I do use run keeper but I don't have it post statuses. My last run, I forgot to shut runkeeper down so I deleted my activity in run keeper two hours after my run.

Sorry about the problem with the run going missing, and thank you for the information, it's very useful!
As a work around, if Get Running forgets one of your runs, you can move on to the next week by touching on it to select it in the journey (the selected week is highlighted in blue), and then pressing on the Run button. If you ever want to move forwards or backwards in the program, just select the week that you want to run.
