Thanks Tiger At my age it takes some commitment. Just started week 2 today...while i did it I know that going slow will keep me on target. Even if i have to repeat a week I am going to do this.

Hey everyone just checking in! Are you still in the game? I did a straight 20 minutes today actually 25 because my app accidentally got paused for five minutes!! Feeling food and excited about my accomplishments. If you haven't already checkout run keeper it great motivation and a way to track distance, speed, etc. Looking forward to hearing from you.

It has been slow but started the week three run and did it...i cant believe i ran for a full three min... i love this app its great...thanks for the support i need it....
