Just a update on my running, shifted the cold which laid me off the gym for 7 days. Went back but didn't do the app but got on the running machine and just ran to see how far the cold had set me back, was amazed I managed to run for 10 minutes I'm was on week 4 (3 mins & 5 mins run)
Been back 3 times now and re run week 4 with no real problems.
Onto 5 & 8 min runs next.
Don't know about anyone else but someday's and for no reason I can run better than others?
looking on the web now for my first 5k run in the Yorkshire area for 2012 anyone one want to join me ?
:)

I'm tempted to fly to the UK for a 5K, just because most of my running buddies are there.

It's nice to hear everyone being so encouraging and from what I am hearing
I am getting a Lil scared of what's ahead but I am determined to get thru.,
It and triumph!

How are you doing with your running ?
It's very addictive, mainly because it's only you that can acheive it.
Start slow, put the bad days of running behind you, and you will get there.
Enjoy the good days and relish in the progress you make.
I ran for 22 minutes then a following 10 mins today.
5 weeks ago I could just manage 1 min running.
;) ;) ;) ;)
