Haha! This is so true! I just started week 4 tonight, and I think it's hilarious when I get nervous about longer distances, yet accomplish them with ease. Last week, I worried I wouldn't be able to run 3 minutes, but they were completely do-able! And this earlier today, I was scared of running 5 minutes straight, but it turned out to be one of the easiest increment-increases so far!

I guess everyone's absolutely right when they say that the makers of this app know exactly what they're doing. Great job everyone, let's all keep it up!

Week 3 Run 2


Just completed run 2. Went well. Still a bit stumbly through the 2nd 3 min run but got through it.

Bring on Sunday. :D

Not made progress this week. :cry:

Finding the 3 minute runs a real struggle so im going to do the week agsin and see how i feel after the 3 runs.

Keep at it matey, you crack thise 3 min runs and i found it got easier after week 4 so your nearly through the hard part.
You can run but you'll just die tired
