Apprehensive about week 4!

Hi everyone,
I've managed all my week 3 runs - but when I say 'managed', I mean that I've run when I'm supposed to run, walked when I'm meant to walk ... I'm a wreck at the end of every session, barely able to hold a conversation when I walk through the door and then the rest of my evening seems to be taken up with stretches, ibuprofen and bath time!
When others have moved on to week 4, are you 'just managing' the week 3 runs or are you confidently striding through each session? I'm finding it all a struggle - a hugely rewarding one ... But I just don't know if I'm expecting too much of myself! Am I right to start week 4 this week ( having completed all the week 3 runs - but having found it really hard) or am I supposed to repeat til I find it easier?
