Race for life
I started the c25k in April and I was a true couch, I found the first 8 min runs a real struggle, but today I did the 5k race for life at fontwell, west Sussex and ran most of it (a few small rests along the way) in 40 minutes. I am so pleased with myself especially as I haven't been able to run much in the last two weeks due to one thing or another. I would like to think it has inspired me to keep running - only time will tell! Anyway love the app.
