Aaargh bad knees, gutted!

I'm only on my second week and my knees are hurting, gutted! I've read the helpful advice on here re knees already, I'm pretty sure my trainers are ok so guess I need to get them checked out. I really hope they won't be a problem as I'm determined to do this. Do you think a doc or a sports physio is the best option?

I would start with a doc and see what happens, take the app with you so you can show that it's a gradual program, your not just hammering away. Maybe you just need a little support until your knees get used to it.
