Week 2, Run 1

Post by michele97 »

Hello all! I made it through week 1 fairly easily. When I say "fairly easily" what I mean is, I didn't throw up. Which is exactly what I feel like doing today, after completing week 2, day 1. I had no idea 30 seconds would make such a difference!

however, I made it! I pushed and talked myself through it.

Has anyone else had the same experience with week 2?

You are doing AWESOME!!!! Michele97. That is great you did not throw up. Your gonna get stronger each time and it will get better. Yes I think my week 2 was similar. Stay focused and keep pushing, we never will know what we can do till we push ourselves. Bet you thought you couldnt do the min and half, well you did. Yay for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
