Another newbie

I have started on week one and on the second run. Never run in my life so finding it hard. Can't imagine ever getting to the last weeks and running for 30 mins. Determined to get fitter and the weight off. Anybody got any motivational tips? Hope your all doing well! :)

Don't worry so much about the weeks ahead. It gets too discouraging! Focus on each run as it comes. And think positive!
