Running Books for beginners

I'm amazed to be doing W8R1 tomorrow - still slow but doing it! I've really been enjoying reading some books about the joy of running by John "The Penguin" Bingham - columnist from Runner's World Magazine who "commands "the Penguin Brigade" - those thousands of dedicated runners who have learned that the greatest joy in their sport comes not from how fast they go or how thin they become, but from simply having the courage to take the first step."
That's many of us!
In case you're looking for some summer reading, here are a few titles to look for....
"The Courage to Start: A Guide to Running for your Life"
"No Need for Speed: A beginner's guide to the joy of running"
"An Accidental Athlete: A funny thing happened on the way to middle age"
Enjoy
