Week 4

Really don't know what to do. Managed week 3 ok but did find the 3 min runs quite hard. Should I try week 4, 5 min runs seem completely impossible to me i was praying for the 3 mins to be over, or should I repeat week 3. Week 3 looked scary before I tried it but I did manage it. Maybe I should give it a go I can always go back to week 3!!!

Hi there! I struggled through the 3 minute runs in week 3 also. I decided to move on to week 4 and see how I did. Well, now the 3 minute runs are fairly easy, but I am struggling with the 5 minute runs. I usually have to slow it down for the last couple of minutes and I think I will probably repeat week 4. Give it a try, see what works for you. Good Luck!

Thanks, think I probably will give it a go, last time I ran it was really hot so that didn't help. Supposed to be cooler Saturday so fingers crossed for then.
