Just finished week 1

I'm 42 and 19 stone .. Just finished w1 and looking forward to w2 .. I take my German shepherd with me an he loves it too .. Get a bit daunted looking at the longer runs in the weeks ahead .. But hope it will all fit in .. Think this is a great app so far and like reading the other posts .. Good luck to all off you with your running :-)

Your post makes me wonder: what do all the dogs who go running with us think? "Why are they DOING this?" :lol:

Welll done andy my poor pooch can't come run with me since arthritis is taking it's toll on her hips so I know what she thinks.. Oh look off my person goes levying me all alone HMPH!!!lol
