OMG just completed W5 R3!!!!!

Well a few weeks ago I started dreading minute runs! Then I enjoyed those and dreaded 3 mins runs, then 5 then 8 but never ever did I think by downloading this app that I could better myself and run 20 mins without stopping cross country in the mud pit of the UK ( crap summer) and finish it without my heart pounding out of my chest!! Beleive me guys if I can do it, you can! My dogs are doing it with me, not that they needed too, but can tell you they now see my trainers and go mental for their run too!
there are down days, I have had one set back, but it was my pace, but once you have found it, do not give up, you will do this. Good luck all x
