Week 3 tomorrow

I have to admit, I was super excited to see that I was able to do the extra 30 seconds that week 2 handed me. At first, I was thought there was no way I was able to do anymore time. Here I am at the end of week 2 and getting ready to start week three tomorrow and excited about it! I never ever though I would be able to jog for more than a tiny bit.

What is the schedule for week 3? I forgot my ipod today. I am assuming its more then adding 30 seconds...

Hi Shannon
Firstly congrats on finishing week 2. I believe week 3 alternates between a 1.5 minute run and a 3 minute run. The amount of walking time is also the same with 1.5 minutes after the 1.5 run and 3 minutes after the 3 minute run.
Not to demotivate you or anything, weeks 1,2,3 are a breeze when it comes to week 4 and 5.
