Morning or evening run?

At the moment I've been running early in the morning, but as it gets darker I think I might have to run early evening. Will this stop me sleeping at night? I'm buzzing in the mornings after my run but don't want to buzz all night!

Well I can only tell you that from my experience it's not stopped me sleeping at night! I have to wait til around 8pm for husband to get in before I can go. Sometimes its quite a thought, but I make sure I'm ready to go as soon as he arrives. I think you've just gotta do whatever it takes to keep going. Can also be annoying when the 'coach' says "now you can cool down and feel great for the rest of the day", yea all one hour of it - thanks! Let me know how you get on.

I'm struggling with the same dilemma - I don't really have time in the evening as I don't finish work til 7.30 then have a family to feed etc.
I tried running later in the day the last couple of runs. It was horrible the atmosphere seems heavier and I really struggled and didn't complete my runs properly at all. I guess it will get easier and I'll be doing the Mobot when the spring comes around again and I can go back to first thing.

I have wondered about joining a gym to use the treadmill during the worst of the winter, but it just doesn't inspire me. One thing that keeps me going is that I take the dogs with me and so have to go for their sake - plus they make me feel a bit safe. I am not going to give up - being stubborn can have it's uses!
