Just finished this run, felt great, didn't feel a need to stop, couldve kept running. The prevous run was much tougher but I'm thinking that mightve been caused by high humidity here. I hope I can keep this up and get through it all without quitting.
Just after the end of week 9 we'll have a family reunion so I hope I'll look a bit better too.

Hi Marty,
I think humidity definitely makes a difference. I live in the Southeastern US, and it is brutal here. The times I've run (I am only on week 3) at night have been almost fun. But the afternoons, after work, seem much harder. I would love to be one of those early morning runners, but I doubt I will ever get there.
Keep it up!! I can't wait until fall weather gets here. Of course where I live, it will probably be November, sigh.
