Starting week three this week!

Well I am on week three and I am excited to be here. My first two weeks were hard as I am not a runner, (yet). I did my first three minute run and it was a little hard. I made it, but I was so glad when I hears the voice say ten more seconds! I have lost a few pounds so far so I am excited about that. My personal goal is to be able to run a 5k as I have never really ran more than a couple of minutes before. Anyone else around week 3? Or anyone who has finished have any words of wisdom?
