Get Running Update

Hi Runners!
I've just submitted a Get Running update to Apple. Apple will review it now, and I hope it will be with you in ten days or so. Reviews can take a little longer though, so it's difficult to be sure. Here's some info about the changes that you'll be getting…
There are some bugs with the current version, and I'm very sorry for the problems they have caused you – thank you for your patience with them. As far as I can see, these are all fixed. I'm holding on to my wooden table here, but this is the most tested version of Get Running ever, by an enormous margin, and I'm pretty sure it's bug free.
In fixing the bugs, I've rebuilt the audio system used for iOS 4.x. The new audio system has a new feature: you can now choose to either duck music playback (which is what always happens at the moment), or you can instead pause other audio, which is intended for audio books, and such.
With this update out of the way, I'm going to continue developing an extension application to take you from running 5k to running 10k. This is, by far, the feature you've requested most – thanks for letting us know! I'll also be adding full Retina support to Get Running, and looking at improving Facebook integration.
Thank _you_ for your comments, feedback, praise, and for helping others here on the forum. You are doing a fantastic thing.
Best regards, and happy running,
Benjohn
