Week 3

Started week 3, day 1 today. Phew! Was very glad that there were only 4 runs in total, but the second 3 minute one hurt a lot towards the end. Hoping that I'm a bit more used to it, as it's up to the 5 minute ones next week! Just keep needing to remind myself that lots of other people who are as unfit as me have managed this. Fingers crossed.
