Got to the end but can't run Help

Hi everyone
I finished the app a mouth ago but I just couldn't run so I started again I am on week 3 . I just want to know if this has happened to anyone else. I'm still determined to run but it's hard .

I have run this program twice now, and a different 5k trainer once, so I've done this particular grind three times total.
Sometimes you just need to go back and try again, and there's nothing wrong with that! In fact, good on ya for not giving up!

OMG I did it. I got to the end I am up and running .
I learnt so much about myself and what I am Capable of and it turns out to be a lot. Just GET RUNNING
