So just ran my first run of 8 mins reps and I feel sick. It's going to be hard if I feel sick afterwards.

Hi Traboos,
Well done doing your first run!
Sorry it's made you feel bad, but I hope you recovered quite quickly?
If you find the first week of runs are tough on you, then you can make yourself an easier first week. You can do this by walking four of the runs instead, or by cutting the runs short. After a week (or more if you prefer), you can delete those runs and do the first week again, doing all of the runs.
Also, at this stage, watch your speed. You can improve your speed when you've increased your time. For now, jog along gently, even if it feels a bit silly
I hope your next run will be easier!

Just finished my 2nd run. Very hot and out of breath but no sicky feeling I had a banana before I went out so maybe that helped.
Thanks Benjohn for your advice x

So everything went pear shaped in real life for a while. I was up to run 2 on week 2 when I had to postpone running. I have just finished run 1 week 1 again and found it fine. I hope I can keep it up this time but it is getting dark earlier now so that's another hurdle in my getting fit.

Well, it always ready when you need it – provided you keep your phone charged anyway! Well done getting back in there, and I'm glad the run went more smoothly this time!
Any chance you could run mornings? It's pretty nice out there early on.
All the best!
