Not happy!
Well I managed to get all the way to week 6 without missing any run days, until yesterday:( I've come down with a virus and not happy,I thought I'd wait to see how I'd be on Sunday but after just finishing a night shift I feel even worse! Bloody man flu lol. I'm hoping I can get back into it where I left off, not really keen on going backwards, just have to see how it goes.

Don't give up! I was sidelined at week 2 with a sinus cold and thought I would never run. Hopefully you can hop right back in where you started!
