Starting to run tomorrow for the first time in my life ( I'm 44) any tips?

Hi Jodc, just start off real slow, as slow as you can without walking and breathe. I tend to do two steps inhale, two steps exhale. If you find yourself getting out of breath slow your pace down. Good luck and keep us informed of your progress, is amazing what this app does, I'm now on w7r3 and the weekly progress really does work:)
