For those in the US, today is National Running Day. Have you celebrated yet? I did! It was my first run in over a week because I had a chest cold, so it felt great - not easy, but great nonetheless - to get out there.

Not sure we have that in the UK, if we can have a pancake day then I'm sure we could have a national running day!
