I am back on week 1 - I graduated in October last year and was quite happy plodding along - then it got dark and cold and I eventually fizzled out to nothing - put back on at least half of the weight I lost - so this week I have restarted on week 1, feeling like a bit of a failure but enjoying being back out there.
The one thing I am going to try and do differently is to run later in the day. I really love running first thing (5 or 6 o clock am) but that means I need to change routine in the winter, which sets up the possibility of failing again.

You can do it better to start over then not start at all!!
