I've only gone and completed it!:)
I did it! Did my last run this morning after a night shift at work and now can't sleep lol. My next task is a 10k in sept then the Birmingham half marathon in Oct:)....a 5 to 10k app would be most welcome;) would like to say a huge thank you to the creator of this app, by and far the best couch to 5k out there.
