Week 5 Run 3... Ouch

I have attacked this run 3 times and can't seem to get past it. I felt great after w5r2 and was so excited to see how this one would go! Alas after 3 times It's starting to get to me :cry: . Anyone else have this issue? Any advice on how to overcome it? I am on a mission to not give up on this program... The chubby girl inside of me insists on persisting.

I am finding it a struggle as well....

I have repeated W5 R1 & R2 over two weeks, but can't run for 20 minutes!!!

I am determined to do it though - I have done W5 R1 today, will do R2 on two days time, and hopefully R3 two days after that!
