Just got started, gonna try to run early. Like 5am. Gonna be tough I think, I'm 5"7 bout 250...... Prob 50lb over weight, any suggestions are welcomed lol

Take it slowly! Your aim is to keep moving, and it doesn't matter how slow you're going. Remember, before you can run fast, you have to be able to run.
