sciatic running and when?

sciatic running and when?
I stopped running about 3 weeks ago because I hurt my back. I expect to begin running again next week. Which stage should I start on, I was on week 4 before. I also don't no if it is alright to run when still having a little pain due to sciatica.

Sorry you hurt your back, but great that you are keen to get started again!
My suggestion would be that if there is a risk that running too soon will damage your back and slow the healing, then you should really wait until the pain has gone – you might want to talk to your doctor about that if you can. If there isn't a danger of that, and you don't mind a little discomfort, then I guess, you can go ahead!
Give week three a go for one run, and take it easy to see how it feels. If you find it is easy, then move on to week four. If it's not, then continue in week three.
