hi guys
so week one done as you guys will know we have to run every other day for the first three runs but now i have to wait until wednesday, my question is why the longer wait.
feeling well chuffed that i have actually got off my arse and started this, the program gives you great incentive, i think

Hi Stgranty, don't know why the extra day off, but congrats on getting through the week. I am finding the program really motivating, despite getting through it very slowly. Hope itcontinues to be enjoyable for you

week 3 run 2 done. the knee seems to have fluid on it but effects walking more than running so no probs.
still feels really good to have done it each time

Week 1 day 1 after a long lay off this seems to be a great app
But I feel I may progress quite fast
So how do you do more if you need to?
Do you jump a week?

i thought about skipping a week but being 45 years old i thought i had better stick to it so not to get injured (these easy early days and rest days are obviously part of the programme for a reason).
the weeks soon fly by so why noe break yerself in gently.
