So you run for 20 mins straight then the following runs it's broken down to 5, 8, 5! Just think it's a bit odd! How did you all get on going the 20 mins straight I have to do this we'd or thurs a bit nervous to be honest!

I was really nervous doing my 20 minute run too but I surprised myself by completing it. I really paced myself doing it. As someone else posted here before it wasn't a 'sexy' run but it wasn't a walk either so I was happy!!
Just try not to think too much about the minutes and you'll find it fly by

Did very well paced myself and found it easy to keep goin till I had done 5 k so very pleased! That's on a treadmill can't wait to do it outside wish this snow would go away!
