Finished week 1!!!

Okay... I just finished run three of week one. Feel great! Don't want to have a two day rest period in between week one and week two. Anyone know how this app adjusts if you choose to run on a day not designated by the app. For ex. today is Saturday and my next run is scheduled for Tuesday however I would like to run on Monday. How does this work? Thanks!!

Well done on the running!

The plan suggested by Get Running includes rest so you can recover and regrow. You don't need to stick to it at all, but I do suggest doing something similar (about three runs a week).

If you run on different days, Get Running will just adjust to when you do run, so don't worry about it :-)
