Coming back after 5weeks off with injury
Hi there all hope it's going well, need some advice. Have not run for 5werks now got upto week 7,but injured both legs an only feel now ready to run again. I'm wondering what week I should start on, any ideas? Many thanks zoe

Glad to hear you have recovered!
I'd say that you're the best judge of where to resume, but where I can help is by saying don't get too hung up on it — start with something that you are pretty sure you will manage okay, perhaps an interval run from week 5 or 6. If it's too easy, then move on to the next week for your next run. I hope that helps a bit!
