So tonight I completed week 9, run 3 - and I ran 5.09k in that time, my best result ever!
Thrilled to have completed the programme, but now I want to build my stamina and move onto longer distances. For now though, I'm basking in (minor) glory!
Thanks to the writer of the app - it's really good and I love the little motivational "route" at the bottom of the main screen!
Right, time for a drink... water of course!
