I first used this app a few years ago. Took me a couple years to go from 150 to 120 lbs and work up to running 5k. Last summer I ran two 5k races. Yay! Thank you Spendid Things!
I’m over 50, have arthritis, asthma, and am quite a lazy person. Don’t think I’d have gotten up to 5k without this app.
Thank you also for updating the app so I can keep using it! It’s been a long snowy winter, and I need more than a little help to get back at it.
