Technical support!?!

My friend and I are currently on week 4 and are really pleased with our progress.
We are both loving the app and run together both listening to our respective music on our i-phones. She has had problems with not having the voice of the motivator. The app is still working with the timer but just has no voice motivation. Would be grateful for any advice. Thanks

Hiya Maria,
Very well done with your progress and sorry not to reply to your question more quickly.
This problem can be solved by turning your iPhone or iPod off, and then turning it back on again! (doing this frees up the system's RAM memory, which can sometimes get a bit snarled up).
To turn your device off, press down and hold the lock/power button for five seconds until "slide to power off" shows. Slide this over and wait for the device to turn off. Once it is off press the power button again and let it go, and wait for the device to start back up again.
If you do that before your run, you're likely not to see any problems

Thanks benjon I could hear the prompts & the music would fade in & out, but then yesterday the app & iPod wouldn't work in conjunction with each other. It drove me made & I had to constantly keep checking the time.
I checked this forum to help me sort it! & it was as simple as turning my iPhone off & on & that sorted the problem. I'm a happy week1er now again
