Just finished Week 3 Day 3-ankles and shins hurt

Finished week 3 day 3- my breath is getting a little better but my ankles and shins still hurt and feet get kind of numb while running. At first I thought it was my sneakers but I went to a running store and got a 5 point test and new sneakers so I dont think thats it. Am I the only one going through this? Its only while running. Thanks in advance
