Week 1 Run 2!

Just completed run 2. Felt really good. i know its early days to say but i think i'm getting the running bug! Trying really hard to pace myself. would run every day. But don't want to burnout!

Brilliant :-) It hard to not go out, isn't it!

It is important to have the rest though so your body can repair and get stronger.

Keep going!
