Week 6 run 3

Finished week 6 today with a 25 minute run. Felt fantastic so pushed on till I'd run the full 5k. Wish I hadn't cos I'm bloody stiff now lol.
Thank you BenJohn, 6 weeks ago I could barely run a flight of stairs without almost collapsing, now I'm running 5k.
Albeit indoors on a treadmill so I know it will be harder outdoors, so I use incline setting 1.5 to help with stamina.
Have got a place in the Bupa London 10k at the end of may to raise money for prostate cancer. my dad would have been proud.
