I have a question

Ok so. I am finished with day 2 of the program and it wasn't as hard as day one. Part of that(if not all) is because i used a lower incline on my treadmill. It still worked my legs pretty well but i didnt feel it as much in my heart/lung cardio area thing. Is this a problem? I mean today almost seemed to easy. Should i increase my incline or speed(which is only 5 mph) or keep doing it how i did today. Will it still work if i do it this way
