Hey Barefootinvermont, I absolutely love your blog! I love that it's so varied. The pictures, the recipes, the adventures... Just made some of your Raw Vegan Sushi, was great (it's different than the version I usually make from veganomicon).

I decided to start a running specific blog other than my regular one....perhaps writing and reflecting about this process will help me progress? Well, thats the hope anyways! Its brand new, so feel free to take a look. Any input and feedback is very much appreciated!

I am a newbie to running and blogging and would love to hear feed-back on my blog I've just started. Monday 28th Feb was my first night following the couch to 5K programme and I'd love for you to share my journey from super slob to super fit!

I'm very new to running and after a period of not excercising much (um, 15 years) I decided to get the getrunning app. I've just completed Run 2 Week 2 and up until now it hasn't been too bad. Still can't get my head around the fact that, if all goes to plan, I'll be able to run for 30 minutes tho!!!
I started a blog primarily to chart my progress - but also for me to use as a motivational tool.

Haha Sam, I've just had a read of your blog! Unfortunately I cant post on it (I think its something do do with my work computer) as I wanted to comment on how funny you were!!! Don't give up yet - I'm sure you could run on Friday morning and again on Sunday. Also, I think the programme realligns itself if you fall out of sync - so you've got no excuse
