Week 8 run - i love this

I just finished wk 8 day 1 and I simply powered through and ended up running for 35 mins. I had doubts that I could cope when I’d got to wk 4 and after posting on here and reading the replies I’m just getting stronger and stronger and I’m so proud of myself. Being overweight, my thoughts on running was that it was always 'for others' but today I got up put on my shoes I felt so strong, I felt like a runner and I just knew that I could run longer than the 28 minutes and I just kept running with a grin on my face!! I think everyone at the gym thought I was crazy!!
Now I just have to try and conquer running outside as I still have difficulties with managing my breathing (I have asthma) so can only run for about 10mins at a time but I just KNOW that I will eventually be able to do it. Thank you so much Benjohn, your programme is brilliant and I can't wait until you do the next one!!!
